I had an issue with an Offer I took part in! What should I do?
If you took part in an offer in Jurassic World Alive, and are experiencing issues related to that offer, please contact Tapjoy support. These offers are provided by Tapjoy, and the Tapjoy staff is more than happy to investigate any issues pertaining to these offers. The easiest way for you to get a hold of Tapjoy is through the support links which they provide in each of their platforms.
If you are using the in-app version of the Marketplace, you can reach them through the menu button at the top left:
1. Tap Reward Status 2. Tap "Not Rewarded" 3. Select the offer you are having trouble with. Note: You may have to wait a few hours before you are able to contact Tapjoy support 4. When available, tap "Request Support" 5. Input your email and then explain your issue in detail. Don't forget your User ID which can be found right below the "Request Support" button. Note: be sure to read the FAQ before proceeding with the contact form, to make sure that you have all of the necessary information for Tapjoy to assist you.
Please note that Tapjoy might be experiencing a large influx in tickets, causing extended wait times for responses. Your issue is important to Tapjoy's support team, and they will respond to you as soon as possible!
