Your Support Key is your unique game ID. It is the unique identifier for your account that differentiates it from other players' and keeps track of your account info. With your Support Key, our Support team is able to open your account and take a closer look at your game data, progress, purchases, and more. Please be sure to provide it whenever you reach out to our Support team.

 

You can find this key in the loading screen on the upper-right hand corner. Alternatively, you can also find it in your game's settings (Mailbox > Settings), at the bottom of the settings window. Your Support Key will look something like: NFRDABCD.
