Of course! Linking a Google, Apple, or Facebook account will allow your save data to be stored server-side, making it accessible through any compatible device by simply logging in. It is recommended to link an account to your game as it keeps your data and progress safe.
To link a Google, Apple, or Facebook account, go to the Settings menu (Mailbox > Settings). On the right of this window, you will see the buttons to link a platform account (Google or Apple, depending on your device) or a Facebook account. If you are just starting the game, you may be prompted after the tutorial to link an account if you wish to do so. If your Google, Apple, or Facebook account is already linked, you will be instructed to log out to the title screen and log in with said account.
Please note that once an account is linked, it cannot be unlinked through the game. If you need assistance unlinking an account, please reach out to our Support team with your request along with your Support Key.
Note: If you do not see the buttons to link an account in the Settings menu, your account may be set to underage. Please note that in an effort to protect our younger players and remain compliant with certain laws, these linking options may not be available for players under the age of 13.
