Reseting your game and starting from a fresh save is currently not a feature in-game. However, our Support team can help you out with this. If you decide you truly want to reset your game and start anew, please send us an e-mail with your request and your Support Key. You can find the Support Key on the upper right-hand corner of the loading screen, or at the bottom of your in-game settings menu (Mailbox > Settings tab).
 
Do keep in mind that once an account is deleted, this process is final and your game save data will be erased. It cannot be recovered.
