If you have a Google/Apple/Facebook account linked to your game, all of your data is stored on the server and is accessible through any compatible device. You must simply logout (Mailbox > Settings > Log Out) and log in with the linked account to continue where you left off. Keep in mind, however, that if you link via Google/Apple and switch your device from one brand to the other, you may not be able to access your data. Should this happen, please reach out to our Support team for assistance with a manual transfer.
 
Similarly, if you are playing on a Guest account, data is stored locally and cannot be accessed on another device. It is highly recommended to link an account to prevent loss of data in the case of an unforeseen issue.
