Frequently, game progress resets are due to being logged in to the wrong account. Your game progress in your main account is still safe and present, and simply logging back into it will restore it.
 
To make sure that you have not accidentally logged in to the wrong account (such as a Guest account or other platform account), please go to Mailbox > Settings > Log Out. This will take you back to the title screen and allow you to select a different account to log into.
 
If accidentally logging into the wrong account is not the case and you have always been using a guest account, unforeseen issues such as crashes, updates, or device changes can cause loss of local game data. If this is what you are experiencing, please reach out to our Support team. If you still know your previous Support Key, please include it in your message to us. If you do not remember your former support key, please send us your current one and we will do our best to help you out.
