If you do not see the buttons to link your Google/Apple/Facebook account under Mailbox > Settings, your age in the game may be set to under 16. Due to certain laws and protection acts, this feature is disabled when the player is a minor, which helps ensure the safety of our younger playerbase.

 

To log in with a platform account, you may go to Mailbox > Settings > Logout. This will take you to the title screen where you can choose to log in as Guest or with a platform account. If the options to login with a platform account do not show, again, your age in the game may be set to under 16.

 

Note: For Facebook-specific players - If you are unable to connect to your Facebook game and a pop up tells you to verify your connection and privacy settings, please try to remove and re-add your Facebook account on your device.
