Viking Buildings are structures you can build and upgrade that allow you to increase the Viking population of your Berk. The Viking Building menu can be accessed from the Meade Hall ("Get More Vikings" button in lower right) or by pressing the "+" next to your total number of Vikings on the upper-left hand of your screen. Viking buildings can be moved even after being built, so you are free to rearrange whenever you wish!

 

Each Viking Building constructed or upgraded on your Berk increases the total number of Vikings by the amount specified next to the Viking head icon. Why is your Viking population so important? Certain building upgrades, area expansions and clearing obstacles require a minimum number of Vikings on your Berk to unlock. It also determines the maximum number of Dragons you can have in your village.

 

 

Once you unlock the Great Forge at Meade Hall Level 12, you will have the ability to upgrade your Viking Buildings using Iron. This will increase your total number of Vikings further and upgrade the look of the building.
