CURRENT KNOWN ISSUES

  • Video Ad Caching: We are currently investigating an issue where video ads may not load immediately. You may experience a short delay before a new ad becomes available to watch. A patch will be released very soon.
    • A hotfix (ver 1.106.15) has now been released on all platforms that resolves this issue. Please be sure to update your game.
  • App Not Starting on Some Devices: The application may fail to load at startup.

  • Log Out Crash: Crash can occur when using the Log Out option from the Settings Menu.
  • Eggfest Costumes Not Showing Boosts: New Eggfest Costumes from Update 1.106 do not show a boosts. Workaround: They can be seen in the Costume Shop/Viewer without issues.
    • A hotfix (ver 1.106.15) has now been released on all platforms that resolves this issue. Please be sure to update your game.
  • Johann's Ship Timer: Johann's Ship shows a 23h 59m timer in the upper left hand corner that never decreases. This is only cosmetic and does not impact the normal timer for the shop.
