Runes allow you to do several things on Berk, from buying items and dragons to speeding up actions. They are a valuable currency, so use them wisely! You can earn Runes through multiple activities:
- Berk Market: You can buy Runes through in-app purchases. Bigger bundles grant more free Runes.
- Cardpacks: Some Card Packs may drop resource cards which provide you with resources such as Runes.
- Completing Quests: Complete Story quests as well as sidequests to obtain rewards, such as Runes.
- Gauntlet: Gauntlet map nodes may sometimes provide Runes.
- Removing Rocks: Removing rock obstacles around Berk will yield Runes depending on the size of the obstacle.
- Calendars: The monthly Calendar provides Runes on certain dates, so be sure to log in often!
- Promotions: Linking your account, subscribing to our newsletter, and sometimes free gifts provide Runes. Additionally, tapjoy offers and watching ads can provide Runes.
- Subscribing to Dragon Riders: A Dragon Riders subscription grants you Runes every day!
