• When clicking on an item to purchase, you get the pop-up to choose how to pay (on web vs in-app).
  • If you decide to go with the web, an external browser will open to complete the transaction.
  • After completing your transaction, when returning to the game, you should receive your purchase bonus before receiving your purchase.
  • Once you have paid on the web for the first time, it will be set up as the default payment method. 
  • If you would like to disable it, you can go into the Help tab in the Options and do so from there.

If you wish to request a refund for a purchase made via Appcharge, you will need to reach out to Appcharge at this email address: [email protected]

For missing Appcharge purchases, please reach out to our support team through the Help and Support section in your in-game Settings Menu or at [email protected]. Please don't forget to include a screenshot of your purchase receipt and the name or description of the purchased item that wasn't delivered, as well as your Support Key or Account ID if you are contacting us via e-mail.

IMPORTANT: There are no child safeguards for purchases via Appcharge, in the case that a child used a parent's payment method, the parent is the one responsible for the purchases made.
