If you experienced an issue while making a Store purchase, please contact our Support Team with your official store receipt, and support key.

Remember, your official store receipt must include a Transaction ID, date of purchase, cost of purchase, and item purchased. If your receipt is missing any of the information specified, our support team will not be able to look into the issue for you.

- PNG
- PDF
