Creature abilities can include different Battle Effects. Battle effects are just that, effects that can turn the tide of Battles. Different abilities offer different effects and some can equally counter them. Be sure to note which effects you and your opponent are under to ensure a strategic win! Effects can be split between Passive Effects, Positive Effects and Negative Effects. The list can be found below:

- Armor Piercing: Damage will bypass the Creature's armor causing full physical damage
- Automatic Swap: Current creature is immediately swapped with random Strike team creature.
- Bound: Swap is disabled.
- Cleanse: All negative effects are removed.
- Cloaked: Direct damage reduced by 66%. Next attack is increased 3x damage.
- Counter: The creature immediately performs damage when it receives and survives physical damage
- Decelerated: Speed is decreased.
- Defense Shattering: Physical damage will bypass and destroy an opponent's Shield
- Definite: Ability will remove Cloak, Dodge and Shields before applying Armor Piercing Damage.
- Distracted: Attack damage is reduced.
- Dodge/Evasion: Direct damage reduced by 66% if Dodge/Evasion is successful
- Ferocity: Attack damage is increased.
- Increase Critical Chance: Chance to deal a critical damage strike is increased.
- Increase Speed: Speed is increased.
- Invincible: Shield that negates 100% physical damage.
- Nullify: All positive effects are removed.
- On Escape: An On Escape Ability is an ability that triggers when the opponent creature attempts to leave the battlefield.
- Precise: Ability will always hit target even if Cloaked or under Evasion. Does not Nullify.
- Priority: Perform your action before any other (except for swap-outs)
- Regenerate: Recover lost HP.
- Rend: Ability's damage is based on Max HP of target creature. Works against immune. Can break shields and pierce armor. Can also be negated by shields and distraction effects.
- Resistances: Certain creatures are resistant to certain effects by a specific percentage.
- Revenge: Ability performs a special effect if a team creature was defeated the previous turn.
- Shield: Decrease physical damage received.
- Stun: All actions except swap are disabled this turn.
- Swap In: An effect triggers as soon as the creature is brought into play\
- Taunt: The opponent must target this creature, unless the opponent's target is random or an Area of Effect.
- Vulnerable: The target suffers 50% more damage the next time it is attacked
- Wound (Damage over Time): Deal damage over multiple turns bypassing shield, but no possibility of a critical hit.
