Map zones consist of 6 different distinct spawn areas that dictate which creatures will appear in your current location. Occationally these zones will shift as the creatures migrate to and from your area.

The different Map Zones are indicated at the bottom of screen on your map; here is the list:

• Zone 1: Scale Zone (Blue icon)
• Zone 2: Fossil Zone (Purple icon)
• Zone 3:  Fern Zone (Orange icon)
• Zone 4: Rock Zone (Red icon)
• Parks (Green with a Tree icon)
• Everywhere (Dark blue icon with multi-directional arrows)

To view which creatures will spawn in your area based on your icon tap on the Map buton at the bottom of your screen and then the "i" icon. Here you will be able to see which creatures you have captured already from this zone and which ones you are missing.  Tip: Use Scents to attract more creatures to your location.

Occationally a timer will appear above this icon to indicate when the next mirgartion will commence. Be sure to capture the creatures you need from your specific zone before the timer ends!
