Please note:  Unless exclusively specified in the tournament details, Omegas will have uncapped abilities.

 

There are two kinds of Tournaments that we hold: Skill or Advantage. As a reminder, these Tournament formats mean the following:

 

SKILL Tournament:

 

During a Skill Tournament, all Creature levels are locked at level 35. This means that your Creature Stat Attributes will be scaled to level 35 and Stat Boosts applied to said Creatures will be disabled.

 

What does this mean for Omegas in Skill Tournaments?

 

  • Omega Abilities are unlocked for the player automatically.

  • Their availability scaling is based on the highest additional eligible Rarity, including Omegas.

  • For example, if it’s an Epic and Omega Tournament, Players should not have access to the abilities that are available after your Omega is Level 11.

 

ADVANTAGE Tournament:

 

During an Advantage Tournament, Creature levels are based on a player’s personal progression with them. This means that your Creature’s stats will be where you are currently at with them in their evolution and stat boosts are enabled during this Tournament.

 

What does this mean for Omegas in Advantage Tournaments?

 

  • Omega Abilities are available based on a player's personal progression with it.

  • This means it’s possible for two separate players to use the exact same Omega in a battle against each other, but one Omega has more abilities than the other because the Player manually unlocked them.

  • There is no rarity scaling clamping included. Meaning the Tournament will not scale down the possible Abilities based on the additional Rarities included.

  • Essentially, Omega Advantage Tournaments function identically to how normal Battles in the PvP Seasonal would.

 

A general reminder for how we view Omega Abilities vs Other Rarity Scalings:

 

  • Ability 1 unlocked at Creature Level 1: Common Scaling

  • Ability 2 unlocked at Creature Level 6: Rare Scaling

  • Ability 3 unlocked at Creature Level 11: Epic Scaling

  • Ability 4 unlocked at Creature Level 16: Legendary Scaling

  • Ability 5 unlocked at Creature Level 21: Unique Scaling

  • Ability 6 unlocked at Creature Level 25: Apex Scaling
