We are aware of an issue for some users where they will receive Error 308 in the midst of a game session or when trying to connect to the game. The team is working on a solution as quickly as possible.
Crash After Reviving
We are aware of an issue where sometimes the app will crash after reviving your heroes, losing your gems and event progress. Please contact us and we will refund you your gems!
If you did not receive the item you purchased, please contact Support with a brief description of what is missing along with a screenshot of the receipt. Upon verifying, we will ensure to deliver any missing items as fast as possible.
Loss of game progression
If you uninstall the game or change your device, it is likely that you will lose access to your game. In any event, we might be able to find your lost account. Please contact Support and we will do our best to assist.
