Helpshift is our integrated support system, allowing you to access our FAQ or contact support directly without leaving the game! You can navigate through it to find answers to your questions or see information about what's new in the game.

Contacting Support

If you can't find the answer you need, require assistance with your account, or have questions about a purchase, simply tap "Contact Us" or the Message Icon in the top right corner when viewing the FAQ. From there, you can send your query directly to our support team.

Viewing Support Responses

You'll receive a notification in your in-game mailbox when support sends a response. To view it, tap the button next to the message, which will automatically open the FAQ. You'll notice a number next to the "Contact Us" or Message Icon; tap this to open your current conversation with support.
